What are angels? They are whatever we want them to be. Angels are all around us. All we have to do is stop and feel. Some of us are too cynical or busy to notice. Some think they have wings, but others will not even acknowledge their existence.
They, in fact, are no different than you and I. Angels take many shapes and forms. They have lived and are now part of our souls. Others are living right before our eyes and we do not even realize it. They are waiting to assist us with our lives and problems. They talk to us when we need help or are lonely. And when we are happy, they are happy with us.
Our hearts must be pure to receive all of this love. Then we can say, “Maybe they were sent from above!”
But whatever the situation is, angels are here only to guide us. They do not work for us. We make things in life happen because we listen to their advice and follow the path they have given to us as an option. On earth, it is always our choice whether or not to follow that path.
But sometimes, they guide us without our conscious thoughts interfering with the many choices. This is when we should thank them for leading us in the right direction.
When I have nowhere to turn or go…when there is no one to talk to and I am feeling kind of low, I search deep within myself--for it is the love inside my heart that lets me know my Angels are there with me, even though we are a universe apart!
