We have to open our hearts and feel love. There is always a chance someone will get hurt. The experience is always worth the risk.

               ~LOVE HURTS~

After being dumped right on her face, Sara decided to always play the love games from this time forward. The problem was all she could think of was the memories of her prince. He was on her mind all the time. He was perfect in every way. He was tall, dark, funny, and very handsome. His eyes were the most beautiful shade of brown she had ever seen. In the light they reflected different shades of green. All Sara wanted to do was daydream about their memories together.

The first time they met was totally unexpected. Sara was at a birthday party and decided to leave early and meet her friends.  As soon as she walked in to the local bar she saw him. He stood out above everyone else. They sat down next to each other and Sara started to tremble. All she could think about was the amazing kiss they had ten years ago. It was very difficult for Sara not to stare into those striking brown eyes. Her prince was chewing gum and had a baseball hat, and tennis shoes on.

He was the most handsome guy in the bar. The night was so much fun dancing and kissing. They couldn’t keep their hands off each other. They kissed until four in the morning. The next day all they thought about was getting together again. Everything was perfect. The connection was the most erotic experience Sara had ever had with anyone. It was so intense and they almost went out in a terrible storm just to unleash their passion for one another. All Sara thought about was the feeling in her heart when he looked into her eyes. She knew he felt it when they became one.

It was that spark that everyone talks about. So why didn’t he want her anymore? Did he just move on because he had already gotten a home run? He had gotten to all the bases. If Sara kept her legs shut until her prince fell in love, she would have captured him. Her prince could have anyone he desires. No one has been good enough to keep him. Once he scores the home run he moves on to the next player. It is no fun to have sex with someone you don’t have feelings for and not attracted to anymore.

There has to be something there to get the juices flowing. If we play the love game the right way we will win our prince charming and live happily ever after. We should always pretend to be busy even if we aren’t always busy. We never tell them how much we want to jump them or they will get scared. If we act like we are not interested and just want to be friends we will win big time. Friends can turn into a life long happy marriage. Just remember not to give in to soon. If you do give in to temptation there is a chance they will flee for good.

If you don’t give it all to them they will always wonder what they missed. They will come back and try to get in your pants.  Keep those legs crossed until they can’t resist. When you are sure they aren’t going anywhere rock their world. Don’t hold back the passion. Give it, and you will receive it.  Love can hurt; but always worth the risk.  ~Peace~

~Passion~

The heart starts pounding

Your body is getting hot

You start to tremble

Excitement is killing you

You want them so bad

When you look in their eyes

You feel like dying

Then your bodies connect

The passion explodes

Your toes start to tingle

You are flying so very high

The best night of your life

Then when you wake up

You love them one more time

And  then they say goodbye

You  wonder why?

The tears are welling up

A train has just hit you head on

Then you realize they are gone

You are thankful for the experience

But didn't want the passion to end

Will it ever come back  again?

I was ill and a patient in the hospital when this writing was posted.
I agree love is very hard to find however although I cannot say it has happened to me it is difficult to maintain. I mean people kill themselves when they strike out with love. So does that make finding love worthwhile? After all it takes two to tango! I think both the short story and in particular the poem was extremely well crafted. Very nice work, Chessly.

GOD BLESS YOU

Passion fades and love either stays or goes by the wayside. But to coin an old phrase: “It is better to have loved and lost than never to have loved at all.”

wow!thats an amazing one!though love is being able to count stars in ones eyes,at times the maths gets difficult and we fear telling our cookies that we cant do it yet we might enjoy the calculations when we do it together at the right time!

Haha!! Yes, it is worth the risk, for sure, Chessly. Not all of us ran when we scored that home run, though. I was married three times and I scored with two out of the three. I will admit though the one I didn't score with I think, no I know, I loved the best.
