Uriah D. Quigley is depressed: his parents have made him get rid of his spiders; they think he isn't concentrating enough on his schoolwork.

I can't believe it.  I fucking can't believe it!

The worst thing that can happen happened to me.  The stupid parental units made me get rid of my spiders!!  I no longer have Web-ster, Chief Many-Eyes, or Octavia!

To think that my pets are with somebody else is more than I can bear!  Whatever were my dumb ass parents thinking??  Maybe I did spend too much time with them, but so fucking what!  My spiders were my world; they made me feel better after coming home from a bad day at school!

I am now to work on my schoolwork, in order to bring my grades up, and if that doesn't happen, dad is threatening me with military school in the fall!  Mom is inclined to agree with him!  I shudder at the thought: I can't bear the thought of a big, barrel-chested sergeant or drill master (or whatever the hell you call them) yelling at me is enough to make me lose my lunch!

It's bad enough having mom and dad yelling at me constantly; I can't even fathom the thought of a big, burly guy screaming at me!!

If I don't come home immediately from school and start knuckling down on my homework, then I will be in even more trouble than I already am!  My parents are being sadistic about the whole deal:  I definitely think they've stepped over the edge!

It's like being in prison!  I no longer have a good life; my life is fucked right now.  Really and truly fucked!!

I think I'd be better off dead!  I can't live without my spiders!!  Oh, God, how I miss them!!!!

Even though I hate spiders ::shuddershudderCRINGE::, I think the parents did wrong by him. Hopefully, all can be resolved soon, for the good of everyone. Excellent story, Karen, well done.

(((HUGS))) and love, Karla.
