The creature had turned to me but slowly I held
my shovel like a weapon but didn't react just yet
it was still only curious about me .But another yet
surprise came up from the vine or Run Rot boy I'd
saw surprises here didn't I .

As the creature came at me another bigger one in
fact came from the vine and this one was really ugly
too, he look like a slug but moved like a snail,why in
fact were these things happening to me ? What did I
do to deserve this .

I watched as the second creature actually went after
the first and as it did it surprise me again it moved in
fact quicker and with more hunger on its face,the first
creature didn't stand a chance as the second jumped
on the first and ate him to, ignoring me completely that
second creature turned around and returned to Run Rot
and started down the vine,at the sight of those two that
almost again deterred me from finding out where the vine
ended up at,but being an eight year old ,well you know  .

I would not be turned away no matter by how many ugly or
creatures lived in or came from Run Rot,besides as the sun
now was overhead it had to be three o'clock yet knowing my
family they were still fighting on how to spend the day.

Not me I would stay here and find out where Run Rot ended up
or my reputation would be shot to heck . Yes I had a reputation
of not listening to anyone,but once I started something I would
finish it and even though I was eight nothing was going to stop
me at all, not even a vine that we called Run Rot,nothing .
