You think even as an adult I would have learned and
remembered everything that I stupidily did when too
I was younger,you would think so.

It was my fifth wedding anniversary and we went out
too dinner and a movie,however afterwards I never
made it home .

As I was drinking me and my closest friend started
drinking and making dares as who was better then
the other at something ,so as it turned out we went
back too where we challenge one another when we
were younger,not then railroad tracks or the airport
this was a field where the military had practices but
in fact after they were through was said they indeed
left some land mines there,never exploded .

' I'm not,you don't have to do this,I know you,she then
married by best friend,you already proved your brave
and strong.'

' That was when we were younger.' I told him,' I'm older
and still have to prove to myself,you don't have too, but
I do, just make sure tell my wife I love her.'

He tried stopping me again I took a deep breath and then
I started walking on the field,so far so good,no mines but
suddenly my friend covered his ears .the land mine went
off,thankgod I wasn't seriously hurt. I laid in the hospital
for a month,my friend visiting me and my wife .

But did I learn anything,we will have to wait and see .
