What if in space as an asteroid pass by Earth from
it's surface an unknown bacteria drifts away from
the asteroid and towards Earth,what it was no one
knew,but in less then a month ,men and women in
fact over thirty years of age were more slower now
their speeches stutter,an once smart person would
act dumb or naive and then other way around,once
where the adults responsible for children too it was
the other way around .

' Mother as soon as I'm dress , my breaskfast better
be ready or your grounded ,without seeing dad for a
week,' young Tommy Davis told his mother as he had
climbed out of bed.

' Yes,Tommy its ready ,may I go now.'

But not every one was affected by the bacteria in the
city of Washington D,C. fearful that then asteroid was
going too impact with Earth the President was escort-
ed to a nearby bunker with his staff as they had waited
for the oncoming asteroid.

' That is why we our still adults,our minds were not then
affected ,by whatever bacteria that was that came from
the asteroid, but inside the bunker we're protected,' the
well known scientist name Albert explained,he was then
the foremost scientist in the world .

' But how do we help them ? ' asked the President .They
stood before a wall size monitor screen that was displa-
ying the outside ,and what was happening too everyone,
next to them dozens of the latest computers trying too in
fact compute what the bacteria was,how to change ever-
yone back to who they were and destroy the bacteria    .

' I know one way sir,' suggested General Tommy Palamido
head of the all the military forces,well, second only too the
President himself ,' There is one way .'

The President turned he was listening out of everyone that
was here he trusted General Palamido the most and he in
fact almost didn't want to hear the rest of his idea but they
had no choice now the children who were now adults were
in fact meaner and nastier then most adults the President
knew,but that didn't mean they should treat others bad that
was still wrong,bacteria or no bacteria .He folded his arms
across his chest and nodded his approval to go ahead    .

General Palamido turning nodded to the President and told
him not to worry about it ,he would take care of it but then
suddenly for the first time in his life the President felt then
his stomach turn, he felt uneasy to say the least ,suddenly
all this didn't seem right,not right at all.

General Palamido walked down an empty corridor connected
to the command center of the bunker and he stopped halfway
down,he turned,there was a door it had his name written on it .

He opened it,it was his office ,big as it should be for someone
of his rank, there was a desk, a fan next to it,always on,he had
a labtop computer on his desk,telephone to the usual clipboard
paper and pens,there was a cooler where he kept bottled water
or something too drink and eat,then to one side his own set of a
computer,he took his hat off as he sat behind his desk,he turned
on his laptop and reached for the telephone receiver and picked
it up, he thought for a moment then he dialed 000.

Taking a deep breath he said,' I wanted to say congratulation we
all saw the reactions after you diverted the asteroid the bacteria
fell exactly as predicted,tell the team good job ,let them have the
day off and when I return we'll up the ante,just hold on and wait
for me ,congratulations  again from Team Leader .' As he placed
the receiver back, General Palamido took another deep breath it
was luck they found the asteroid and luck that they discovered a
bacteria on it .

The rest was human smarts and know how .General Palamido in
fact had an IQ of well over 145 . But early on his life his mother had
died and he was unsure what or where his life would go,what then
direction he wanted,his father stood by his choices .

Once he made a decision Palamido stuck with it .Thats how he had
ended up being a General .

' Mother I miss you still.' He watched on his laptop monitor events
still unfolding throughout the world,adults acting naive and like to
children, children acting like adults but meaner and nasty .

' I'll be ruler before long,' said the General. General Palamido just
smiled and then silently laughed too himself .
