I am a Trainer and have carried out workshops to small and large-scalle business. I was recently invited to Morocco to make a presentation on the Sustainability of Business projects.
This training focuses on the relationship between Project Management and Total Quality Management and how they complement each other towards project sustainability. It also evaluates the contribution of other concepts such as Six Sigma Methodology, Configuration Management, Capacity Building, Knowledge Management, Project Planning and Management, human resources management and their impact project implementation and its sustainability. This training also elaborates on basic quality improvement tools such as SWOT Analysis, process flow analysis, cost-benefit and cost-effectiveness analysis, quality organizational structures, systems analysis, feasibility studies, change management, issue management, risk management process and organizational behavior and team building which help to analyze and evaluate various quality management processes.
