I was very young when I married and thought I had a bright fortune, After a short time my new husband became an a abusive alcoholic and my life turned into a nightmare. I turned to gambling and became a compulsive gambler. Then things got worse. I got into 30 thousand dollars debt with no way out. So I called Gamblers Anonymous for help. I went to my first meeting and when I walked in there were 30 men at a long table. When i saw I was the only woman I was ready to run for the hills. Two men stopped me and spoke to me and said just sit down and listen. So I did. What I heard made me panic again and i thought to myself when the break come I am out of here. When the brake came the men came over to me again. I quickly realized if if left I would go home and kill myself. So i stayed and within a month I gained 30 new brothers. With their help I got out of debt. and Learned to deal with my still drinking husband. He got sick and had to get a heart transplant or die. Through the grace of GOD we got a match and he was fine. The miracle that we found our way of all these problems and came out with triumph.
