Sad old town

They sit in the distance

far from the highway,

all alone.

Sad old towns,

dying old towns

They once were bustling,

they once were bright,

where farmers came

to see the big city.

Now, they're places

where the ghosts

go to shop

A home for old ladies

and husbands who know

what was once.

Now it looks like

a ghetto in the

middle of the farm.

To a pretty girl

I see you in the hallway,
