He suffers the oppression whites are subjected to through "operation cleansing" which is designed to rid the county of gun toting white's who pose a threat to resitance of a socialist dictatorship. As darkness nears on the quiet streets of suburbia, the glow from the inner city became visible. The smell of smoke and the ash with the soot in the air is aggravating to little Owen’s asthma. The Roddenberry’s feel fortunate that the bands of looters and savages have yet to make it to the suburban areas in search of food, but they know the time will come.
