Never let a small child go alone into a restroom in a shopping mall, chain store, highway rest area, or even in the local park. You never know who is lurking inside. Take the boy child into the lady's room or the girl child into the men's room with you. Nobody will mind. At a local K'Mart store a woman was shopping with her child when the child needed to go to the restroom. The woman, who was busy looking at something told the girl to go ahead. About five minutes later, she looked up to see another woman hurrying toward the store entrance with her child in her arms. The woman had to look twice. The suspect had already cut the little girl's hair and changed her shirt. When confronted, the woman put the child down and ran. She was never caught.
