Chicago Nurses who are colleagues and friends embark on an adventure. They create the first US corporation Independent Nursing Practice Office offering office visits to supplement not substitute Doctor visits. They end up being terminated from their long time hospital positions even with excellent evaluations for an "outside interest" in Nursing! They file with the EEOc since all the men in the hospital; Doctors and orderlies have outside jobs. They fight long and hard for 4 years and the hospital finally reaches a financial settlement with them. The two Nurses, also Chicago Police wives, continue their practice  and add occupational health at CBS and NBC and other companies to their clients; they then become Nurses on major motion picture sets such as Dr. Detroit and Risky Business and become Nurses to the stars: Robert Young, Mr T, Roger Moore , and others. This story chronicles their obstacles and success. They have been profiled in People Magazine, Chicago Tribune, NurseWeek and the Congressional Record for their accomplishments and won awards.
