My Dear Sweet Love,
The search has ended for me and my crew. Our ship was destroyed off the coast of this new land, and I am the last of the lot.
I managed to save a few supplies, and dig a well for water, but I am growing more and more fearful that when winter sets in.
I will be unable to survive. I have no weapons other than a spear I have made and no seeds to plant for crops. I have only
enough berries and forage for the summer and fall months. I know these letters may never reach you, but I write them in
hope that they will give you some peace and comfort, knowing I was thinking of you in my last days. There is still the
Scimitar, and my hope is that they will sail here and rescue me, or find these letters and return them to you. I dont want
you to have to suffer the agony of my disappearance. I had hoped to find the scroll, so you and I could spend eternity
together. I believe a love as pure as ours should never die. It is such a tragedy, that fate has chosen my last days be spent on
this land, instead of in your arms where I belong. I know we can not choose our destiny. We can only hope to make the best
choices for the difficult questions we are faced with in life. I know now that leaving you was my biggest mistakes in life
and if this letter reaches you and I do not know that I shall always love you and always be with you.
