It looks like it could be grayish with a touch of soft violet, but it is hard to tell because the shadows of her bony body are daunting and all you can do is stare! ....... From Chapter Ten: The Grand Tree ........ Juliette, Ruby, Sam, and Jan find that doorway. The branches show them by opening an archway when they come very close to the tree. They walk gently under the canopied branches…and enter the world of the Grand Tree. Not one of them can see well; it is dark and still. Yet something about the presence of this tree helps them feel so very safe. It feels as though there has never been a sound made underneath these branches--ever. ......

It’s enchanting, it’s delightful and it gives children the permission to dream and wonder. Definitely a great read for future inventors, innovators and leaders.
