"The position of the mind has always been a subject of debate for centuries. However, almost everyone involved in the mind study have agreed that the mind is not the brain.
Since the mind is not an organ and it transcends beyond the physical, it makes perfect sense to conclude that the mind is even not on planet earth. It is within the universe but not at a fixed point. Think of the mind as the satellite in space sending signals to a transmitting station on earth (in this case, the brain).
What this means is that, although the mind can transcend the earth and explore the universe, it is incapable of going beyond the universe. Everything about the mind stops at the threshold of the universe. Whatever lies after that, no mind can conceive.
So unlike what you have been made to believe, Thinking begins in the mind and not the brain. What the brain really does is to transmit the signals of the mind to the body system.
So when you begin to think by processing and re-processing your thoughts at the mind level, you begin to generate energies, using any of the re-creative sparks: Love or Fear.
As this energy begins to cohere, it gains motion and converts to waves. This wave is what spreads into the vast universe and seeps down into the earth in form of gas. This gas together with Nitrogen, Oxygen, CO2, CO and some other rare gases make up the Atmospheric Air.
Part of this thought-particle mixes with the oxygen we breath in during respiration. From the lungs, this same oxygen with the thought-particles oxygenates the blood through the oxygenating process.
After oxygenation, the thought-particles in the blood are carried to the heart for imprint and onward transportation to the brain for signals transmission. If a particular thought is consistent and persistent, it is registered in the blood as a component unit of your DNA, which eventually becomes your character-trait and is passed down to your offspring.
