For in my very personal opinion, this world as it is doesn't need any more negative energy. My goal is to help you very personally change your energy to a more positive and joyful state.

An unfortunate fact of our Great Social Construct, is that we've been conditioned to look for happiness externally. The finger of blame for how this has come to be the normal way of living now can be pointed at several individuals and entities. But this is counter productive to this process of sharing this simple practice. The perceivable facts of our reality as we perceive it, are nothing more than simple perception itself.
Within the practice of meditation one can choose to see these perceptions. One may choose to do many things with the practice. This is yet another misconception of meditation. For it may be used to direct the mind in any direction the practitioner alone desires. And here too is another aspect of how personal it is. And thus who can teach the "right way"? From this question arises the next question; What are you wanting to accomplish?
