Here too we can see that not being open to learning something new does not automatically make someone a narcissist. In fact, a narcissist is required to be more knowledgeable in many fields; mostly in psychology. In this way they can easily seduce, attract and manipulate anyone of their liking. A person who is not willing to expand his intellect can be called a fixed minded rather than an open-minded person. Moreover, I will summarise the definition of a narcissist in order to illustrate my argument. We are all aware that a ‘narcissist is a person who has an excessive interest in or admiration of themselves.’ In other words, a narcissist is the person who thinks that the world revolves around him/her. It appears that they are more interested in themselves more than they are interested in other living beings.
