21
The deepest voice,
the lightest,
which seas and mountains melts
softly it calls the sweet soul
which in the sanctum dwells
The union of all lovers
is but one day to wait
Its price is but endurance
at butterfly-winged gates
So light is fate, my darling
and morning's light so clear
Both sound and chord are present
and are forever near
I call you not a stranger
for you, of all, have heard
the pledge of wall and shadow,
the truth which in me stirred:
the true self of the moment,
truth of eternity--
Of all guests you're beloved,
bright shines your light in me
