Gymnastics Training: Gymnastics Drills & Conditioning Exercises... There are over 100 drills and conditioning exercises in this book.

These drills and conditioning exercises should help speed the learning process and better prepare the gymnast physically and mentally for skills, series, and routines.

The topics include Running, Vaulting, Dance, Uneven Bars, and Press Handstand. In the bars section there are drills for the glide kip, cast handstand, and clear hip circles while in the dance section there are drills and conditioning for split leaps and the hip flexor muscles.

The drills in this book were used to produce several successful gymnasts, including State Champions, Empire State Games Competitors, National TOPS Team Athletes, National Champions, and College Competitors among many other successful athletes.

Although these drills have proven challenging to gymnasts of all levels, they are most useful to developing gymnasts in levels one through eight.  These drills are also very useful to those gymnasts with gaps in their training. Many higher level gymnasts have specific needs, such as the need to retrain basic skills or increasing specific skill strength and flexibility.

Private club owners and coaches from all over the world have purchased this and the other drills books, including the United Kingdom, Netherlands, Australia, Africa, Japan, China, and Canada among other countries.

Offer your gymnasts a well rounded and proven training method with the drills and conditioning exercises in this book. And use the drills and conditioning exercises in an appropriate way for the best results. For example, use cast handstand drills while on bars and dance drills while warming up balance beam or on floor exercise.

From preschool to the competitive levels these drills are often the common denominator for a safe and productive training program.
