I would like to give you some feedback on your Book Defending Against Attack. I enjoyed the read up on the history of modern Karate-Dō, interested to learn that karate is practiced predominately by children and very few adults. I found the book to be very informative especially where you have gathered information from victims, and youth offenders. There are plenty of pictures to illustrate the techniques that you use within your training. I think it is wonderful idea to teach all ages how to defend themselves and the feedback I have received from people that join your classes are all very positive. Keep up the good work. Thank you.
