Nibs goes to Venice to buy rare art only to run into art thieves and along with his servants is held prisoner in an unknown location and has to be rescued by a street urchin.
In the 15th episode Nibs decides he needs some rare expensive art for his government buildings in his capital city of Wumpypoo, Boodocky and sets out for Venice only to find out when he finally gets there he finds more than rare and expensive art as he runs into art thieves run by a master art thief who has Nibs and his entourage captured and held in a secret location whereas they have to be rescued in another laugh a minute high adventure.
