In the quiet college town of Charlottesville, VA, a reign of terror is about to be unleashed. A popular UVA professor, Dr. Keith Bryant, is teaching a class entitled "The Politics of Conspiracy" that looks at the media's role in framing historic world events. When the class begins studying the many conspiracy theories surrounding 9/11 it arouses the attention of a clandestine government agency under the direction of Colonel Ed Foster, the man charged with maintaining the secrets behind that world-changing event. Bryant and his girlfriend, Loren Davis, are forced to flee when Colonel Foster finds a link between Keith's work and a highly regarded, well-funded group of conspiracy researchers called LET THE TRUTH BE TOLD. Fearing that the secrets of 9/11 could be uncovered by their combined efforts, Foster unleashes all of his resources to silence them. Keith and Loren are pursued on the waters of the York River and Chesapeake Bay, the streets of Annapolis, and through the crowded suburbs of Northern VA. To survive they have to stay one step ahead of Foster - or find a way to take him and his organization down first.
