Fifteen years later thirty-three-year-old Logan is a major in the DEA. We again see Logan’s resolve and ability in a raid on a large drug lab in the Columbian jungle. As he reports on the raid they hand him a letter from Jackie Raintree, his childhood best friend. The letter is a call for help, but doesn’t indicate help from what. Logan phones Jackie and discovers the name of the town has changed from Whiskey Creek to Brandywine Bay. Also, Jackie is elusive, afraid to talk.
