This is an extract from the first page of my new novel “Superior”
Chapter 1
Sabotage and Escape
Tony Kinfrank heard a crash, and then the lights began flickering. When he heard another loud noise, he raced towards the main production area and saw a forklift ramming a large storage vessel.
As the forks retracted, the Ambronootrop base began flooding across the floor. Kinfrank was about to run toward the forklift when something hard contacted his neck, and a voice said, “Well, well, if it isn’t the great Tony Kinfrank in person.”
Realising that the other man was holding a pistol, Kinfrank took a step back. “What are you doing?”
The other man smiled and replied, “Why don’t we go back to your office and discuss it?”
Instead of doing as instructed, Kinfrank exclaimed, “You’re Alan Kerr, aren’t you?”
Kerr gave him a half-smile, “Congratulations on recognising me, Tony. Nowadays, when I look at my face in the mirror, I don’t recognise who’s looking back.”
Hearing another crash, Kinfrank said, “Why are you wrecking the plant?”
“The answer is written all over my face,” Kerr replied. “Now you have a choice. You can help us, or I will kill you. So, what's going to be? Go to your office or die here?”

A Satisfying, Quick-Paced Sci-Fi Thriller by Andrew R. Williams

This is sci-fi story that outdoes all Andrew Williams’ previous stories in intensity and danger. As a sequel to Jim’s Revenge, it continues where the other story leaves off, but with even more intensity and pulsating activity that will make the reader become so invested in the story that she can’t let go until she has read the last word. I just love this mesmerizing story!
Superior is about the creation of Ambronootrop and some of the resulting problem due to its manufacturing. It is a drug that is dangerous, yet it is something that most people would want to get their hands on. Tony seems to have gotten his hands on the secret plan for the drug to create a master race and then runs away, hoping he will get away before someone catches him.
The settings are poignant and lively, dragging readers right into the middle of the story. The characters are well-crafted and defined. They each stand out on their own as ambassadors of the story. The plot is action-packed and thoroughly engaging in such a way that readers won’t want to put down the book until it is finished.
The plot of emotional and the story has an impact on the reader. The writing is imaginative and compelling. It is entrancing as it is poignant and all-encompassing. It is a story that will sweep you in and ride you on the waves of the plot until the reader has read the last word.
Williams is a master crafter of sci-fi thrillers. Just like his other books, this one will captivate the reader. I loved the book and will be recommending it to all my friends. It will certainly make for a great conversation piece when we get together.

Superior by Andrew R Williams is the follow-up novel to Jim's Revenge. It’s a well-written sci-fi crime thriller with perfect pacing. The settings are nicely described, and the characters are well well-defined. This is an action-packed thriller you won’t want to miss. It’s a novel that kept me engaged from the opening chapter.
Superior unfurls in small acts, at first feeling slight to touch, then building in emotional substance. Into the spaces between the words, the author breathes a pulsating intensity that rolls like a motion picture camera. With an abundance of imagery in the writing style, it makes you feel like you are right there in the story, and that’s something I look for in a good book.
If you are looking for an interesting, three-dimensional, and stimulating read, this would come highly recommended. I’ll be looking forward to reading more from Andrew R Williams in the future. A well-deserved five stars from me.

This revolves around the creation and resulting problems due to the Ambronootrop manufacturing. Hailed as a super drug, everything was fine until Tony catches on to the secret plan to create a master race and decides to flee. What happens next? What's going on with Jim? If you like sci-fi or action books or even anyone that enjoys a good read this book is for you!
