Self-esteem can be impaired by drifting through life in the unconcious state, by living based on the approval of others, or living without values and principles.
Using values and principles as my foundation, I will create a ladder and place it in an upright position against the walls of my destiny, to climb up to the roof of my acheivements and be all that I can be.
