Bobs, the state representative and legal whiz, works with Porky and Pat the rest of this criminal element to deal in drugs and illegal betting in this slice of southern Americana However, the Alliance’s heavy-handed control of their activities, brings them into conflict with Rose Ann Martin, a former resident of the community, who has just returned.
