In a sea of books on leadership, General Anderson and his son Dave have risen the top. They have ransomed 'Character' from dungeons of efficiency and productivity and have restored it to it's rightful place. Leaders of Character aren't familiar with the easy roads. Dave and the General haven't spent much time on them.
