Rebecca was a Dear Friend to me way back in Jr.High/High School in Salmon, Idaho. We lost contact with each other and finally reconnected last year! I bought her book "YEAH BUTS The Little Book of Big Excuses" and it made me cry, laugh, and nod my head in agreement on many issues. I cried because I was there when she went through her early issues but didn't realize how much I didn't know about what went on. Being a recovering alcoholic for the past 9 years I can certainly relate to several of Rebecca's life struggles. I can laugh at some of the situations only because I have been down that road also (laughing at how stupid I was at that time in my life and praying I never fall back into that trap again). I feel so Blessed to be able to call Rebecca my friend and am so glad that she is so Blessed to be able to write as she does. I know her writings will inspire/encourage others who are struggling with a lot of the same life problems. GOD has Blessed you Rebecca, keep up the good work!

An amazing read. It's sure to touch everyone who opens the pages. I believe we all can relate to one or more of the "yeah buts" in our own lives. I recommend it, and look forward to future writings.

Timely presentation for today's world, especially since our recent tragedy. It is time we reach out to one another and show "love and hugs," and this is just what your frank questioning of our self-centered motives and inclinations leads us to do -- look at ourselves and try and correct our "excuses". Hard-hitting and meaningful reading. A winner!

I feel that the book "Yeah Buts The Little Book of Big Excuses" is exceptional piece that derserves much attention. The author of this book definitly has exstensive talent and her corespondance from this book to her past real life is phenominal. I would recomend anyone and everyone that has a soul, a mind, and most important a heart to read this book.
