On Angels’ Wings

Appreciate every second of every day,

Love & validate every person that you may,

Because all too soon…they leave us…transcending on their way.

This is a tribute to my parents I have lost,

It seems like eons ago, when I was 16, rebellious and “hating to be bossed”.

They brought me into this world…I never even thought of the cost.

They were not perfect parents…I was not a perfect kid,

But through it all they raised me, loved me,&  protected me, Oh yes they did!

Here is another tribute to my sweet Brother who passed

His love was unconditional, the rare love that would last.

 He did not judge people nor condemn,

He was truly a Man among Men!

And finally a tribute to our brave who have fallen,

To keep this country free and beautiful…They stepped up to their calling.

On the Angels’ Wings they leave us,

However they are never far,

And they gently remind us…

To be Kind and Love Your People Just as They Are!
