Life changed the day a great Force retreated.
America is at odds with others around the World.
Life here returns but at what decency level after the Great castarophe of WWII. Life here now reflects a mistrust of others creating a spawned consciousness, a malaise, a lingering malevolent Force... disbelief in Humanity... has hit even the smallest Town in Kentucky.
Two young persons meet and fall in love under this malaise and spend their lives trying to do some good. In the end they do.
