When You Bit... is a three part sonnet sequence set in Wicker Park, Chicago in the late Aughts, and Philadelphia. The three sections (Sister Lovers, Dancing With Myself, Two of Us) enact, first a menage, then a condition of solitude, ending in a conventional two person relationship and its vicissitudes.
