When the Kakus, a totalitarian government, destroys Fenesia's home and kills her parents, they have no idea that they have made her a lethal weapon and their worst enemy.

In a quest for ultimate power and military advantage, some of the greatest minds in the US military, bioengineer a chemical weapon, VX-99. The result: the spread of a deadly virus called the Hemorrhage Virus, which will eventually force the evolution of some humans into unthinkable monsters called Variants.
