Time for Man to re-invent Himself: is there a will?

It seems strange, though it should not be, to realize I live among people who are blind while their eyes are wide open, and utterly deaf while surrounded by more voluminous verbal output than at any other time in history. It’s the society that is deaf and blind, and since individuals insist on being bound to their society, to every kind of communal invention going, individuals in turn are made deaf and blind by their plastic-bright, exhaustingly-noisy machine.
We have entered a time of planetary transition. Part of that is climate change, of course, but it runs much deeper. There is a physical aspect to this transition phase, and there is a spiritual aspect as well. Call it a paradigm shift, if you will, and though the term is practically meaningless by now, perhaps I can re-create its meaning.
For many long years, “earth” has tolerated man’s attacks upon its natural integrity, its environment. For no reason but his own blind ones, man has acted as if the planet was his enemy, not the only place in the cosmos where he could find a foothold, erecting a temporary hut and enjoy what the land would have offered freely.
Man’s legacy from his alien “gods” ensured that he would never be able to see himself in relation to his natural environment. Nature is geared to survival – not to conquest, genocide, nor annihilation. It was to be greed and lust, both unknowns in the natural world, that would determine man’s destiny, constitute his legacy and write his epitaph, because all the political lies notwithstanding, that is the in the nature of man’s “gods.” Ancient manuscripts and “religious” books attest to that fact.
There have been exceptions to man’s innate drive to destroy and kill but gradually or suddenly, such “errant” ways, for example the free living pygmies of Africa, the Amazonian Indians, the Great Plains Indians and others all over the globe were conquered, enslaved, slaughtered or their way of life destroyed so they could not continue living as they had for millennia. The blind cannot see this, though they know of it. The deaf cannot hear the cries of those who were thus severed from their roots, nor the sighs of the great spaceship earth who recorded all of this.
Not surprisingly technology has only exacerbated the Earthian condition. Modern man is more of an artificial creature than it ever was, thanks to industrial and technological “revolutions.” Nature—slashed and burned, drilled, mined, hacked, poisoned and ploughed under, and finally built over with the great man-made artificial constructs called cities can no longer provide for those who would live freely and independently. Freedom has become a meaningless concept in the modern world for where physical sustenance depends entirely on artificial means there cannot be anything akin to freedom. There can only exist structural dependency entirely dependent, in turn, upon a growing parasitic bureaucracy taking charge of man’s institutions.
But how successful will man’s Globalist leaders and bureaucracies be when facing global disturbance that is not man-made, but emanating from the very world that constitutes man’s only physical residence? The question on everyone’s mind these days should be, how deep will this particular “age of change” or global transition run? How much will the current changes demonstrate man’s depth of ignorance of what matters in terms of simple survival – not of the kind that packs submachine guns and canned goods inside mountain caves, but of the kind that moves with the pulse of the earth as the people of pre-centralization of power once did?
But of course deaf men cannot hear stories. And even if they could; if they still had a slice of ability to hear what the earth has to say in her defense, before she destroys man’s world, there is way too much noise now for that small voice to be heard, much less understood. But a small voice does not equate powerlessness. According to Christianity’s New Testament, Jesus said of himself, I will come as a thief in the night. By now it should be quite clear that it won’t be some divinity arraigned in all the trappings of war that will show up, but a much more effective power: that which resides within this planet and has been held in abeyance until now.
Man’s hubris and arrogance has defied the laws that naturally limit growth. Man has made himself into a virus, a cancerous growth upon this world – and note that I do not say “his” world, for it never was – and man must pay the price of his willful stupidity and studied ignorance. The earth isn’t after vengeance, of that she has no need. All she is going to do is re-set her natural balance. It may be that in that resetting there will be some place for Earthians. Perhaps a fraction of what now crawls over the planet, but those will be of a different mindset than the ones here now. The level of catastrophe that people are about to witness is going to be so mind-boggling in scope that it will completely change the way people see themselves today. The history of these times will be seen by the descendants of the survivors as perhaps the darkest years man has ever lived.
It will not be the billions of deaths resulting from the fall of man’s technological Babylon that will cause shudders in the mind of the new generations, but their awareness of how a technology completely based on the rape of the earth’s “resources” causing degenerative violence literally enslaved billions of minds and those none the wiser for their global delusion until death claimed them.
To some, the simple fact that everything has life, and that a planet can be intelligent, sentient and self-aware is no longer debatable. Some call this awareness Gaia, after the original Mother goddess of Greek and Roman mythology. Whatever name you would give it, at this eleventh hour we are still being warned by the growing “unease” being shown in localized natural catastrophes. And if we are being warned, it means that it is still within our means to change our ways. Where there’s a will, they say, there’s a way. Well, that’s the question, isn’t it. Is there a will? A will to see that all that has been attempted to date has been more than an abject failure; that it has only succeeded in making things increasingly worse?
Man is being kicked in the side of the head to be awakened from his Matrix-induced sleep-walk he’s been stuck in since the inception of his various social systems. He’s being shown the need to make a paradigm shift of incredible magnitude. He must re-invent himself, pull himself up by his own bootstraps by shucking off all the trappings of the old paradigm of Religion, Government and Money brainwash and control. Is there a will? Is there a true vision of a viable Earth beyond the control of that evil trinity we still worship and bow down to?
