There is a wonderful little site that I encourage anyone who wants to be a full time author, wants extra money to attend events while staying in hotels at insider rates, and who does not want to starve to death while getting their great international novel on the shelves of bookstores everywhere. (And to some this may be a heck of a lot better than working graveyard shift at WalMart.)

YTB is real. It's a real travel agency that started in 2001. They have real travel agent credentials, use vendors that you already use or will use with no substitutions, and those in the attached article pictured, we've spoken met and hugged ever single one. YTB is family, that's the way we are treated, not like stepchildren in corporate America who disown you once they've worked the daylights out of you for 40-50 or more years without much more reward than a turkey or a watch.

Research Fact:

YTB is not a scam and has been growing every year since 2001.
YTB has real partnerships with most of the major travel vendors and is in the business of selling travel. As a matter of fact, Your Travel Biz was rated as one of the top 500 franchise companies by Entrepreneur Magazine in January 2005. In addition, it was also voted as the best MLM opportunity on the internet by MLMBuzz.com. You are probably asking, "Is there a YTB travel scam?" YTB is different! How you asked? YTB sells travel through online booking websites. They have NO inventories, employees, quotas, legs to balance, time limits, charge backs, tests to take, selling, experience required, paperwork, customer Risk, deliveries, collections and licensing. Who do you know that would like to own their own Online Travel Agency Business where they can earn commissions, travel at wholesale, be pampered, receive upgrades and discounts and deduct their travel, business expenses and activities? Everyone, right! If you do hear of a YTB complaint, research the validity on the internet and verify it. Talk with people who can give you real, factual facts about the company.Be fact driven not emotionally driven when making sound business decisions. Take your time and review travel YTB before listening to other negative people who do not understand the YTB Travel Industry. YTB Stock YTB is publicly traded, SEC regulated and I've heard that YTB is in the process of moving to the American Stock Exchange or the NASDAQ. OTCBB (Over The Counter Bulletin Board) and symbol YTBLA . Currently, the Public Company Management Corporation (OTCBB:PUBC) has included online travel service provider YTB International, Inc. (OTCBB:YTBL) on the newly released PCMC Bulletin Board 30 Index(TM), which includes the top 30 companies trading on the Over the Counter Bulletin Board (OTCBB).

Reseach Fact:

Company Network Travel YTB The Your Travel Biz (YTB) marketing division sells online travel business through a national network of independent distributors. The YTB agent sells travel stores that sell travel. Selling travel is the main business of YTB. One of the best ways to learn about the company is by watching the presentation YTB If you decide to join, there are many resources for your training needs. Affordable business cards are already designed from Vista print and ready for you to order. YTB has some state of the art tools to help you promote your travel web site. Your website also has a back office that only you can access to help you manage and promote your business. Here people can have a variety of tools to track your own commissions, enroll in free online training courses, web traffic-building tools, and home office support. The focus of the travel booking engine is for people choose to own their own online travel booking website with the added benefit of optionally being able to sponsor others into the internet travel store business to expand your income potential. There are no mandates. And from my own personal experience, everyone saves time and money. That's what this author appreciates about it best. God bless.

YTB's J. Kim Sorensen Named One of 'The Most Influential People in the Travel Industry'
PR Newswire
Travel Weekly List Includes YTB CEO with Richard Branson and Al Gore

WOOD RIVER, Ill., Nov. 28 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- YTB International, Inc. ('YTB' or the 'Company'), a leading provider of Internet-based travel booking services for travel agencies and home-based independent representatives in the United States, today announced that its President (President/CEO of subsidiary YTB Travel Network), J. Kim Sorensen, has been named one of the most influential people in the travel industry by Travel Weekly. YTB joins a list that also includes names like MGM Mirage, Virgin Atlantic Airways, TripAdvisor, Walt Disney Parks and Resorts, PricewaterhouseCoopers, and the Federal Aviation Administration.

According to Travel Weekly, Mr. Sorensen, " ... went, in a matter of weeks, from a virtual unknown in the industry to its favorite target for vitriol (from traditional travel agents and some suppliers) or admiration (from his tens of thousands of referring agents and, behind closed doors, some suppliers). He has demonstrated some grace under fire, admitting this organization is still maturing, and we suspect that he and YTB will be around for many years, forcing all parties to examine what constitutes a legitimate seller of travel and challenging suppliers to assess how, and with whom, they wish to do business."

The publication describes the people on their "most influential" list as those who "had ideas that veered from the status quo and succeeded so spectacularly that the industry jumped out of its rut and followed." Among the other leaders who were recognized were Brad and Van Anderson, co-presidents, America's Vacation Center/American Express; Richard Branson, founder and chairman of Virgin Atlantic Airways and Virgin Group; Al Gore, former U.S. vice president and Nobel Laureate; Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, ruler of Dubai and vice president and prime minister of the United Arab Emirates; Ian Schrager, chairman and CEO, Ian Schrager Co.; and Andy Taylor, chairman and CEO, Enterprise Rent-A-Car.

"I am truly honored and humbled to be included on this list," said Mr. Sorensen. "Especially since YTB is not about me, but about the great team and the huge network of representatives and referring travel agents that were willing to take a chance on a new way to sell travel. I speak for the entire company when I thank Travel Weekly for recognizing the huge potential of YTB."

This is not YTB's first honor from Travel Weekly. In 2007, the company was named the 35th largest seller of travel in the U.S. for 2006, and the 11th largest agency for primarily leisure travel by the publication.
