According to The Encarta World English Dictionary:
Racist - adjective (disapproving)
1. based on notions and stereotypes related to race.
2. prejudiced against all people who belong to other races.
Noun - somebody who is racist (disapproving).
So... How do you approach such a "touchy" subject ...
Without being offensive to someone / anyone?
How about, by just asking Questions?
Let each individual form his/her own Answers.
