Because I believe in him, because I had a wonderful experience with him, because the preacher said he was best, because I have faith.
If you accept your god being better than all other gods, then there must be other gods.
No, no, no, there is only one god and he is better than all the others.
And that god of yours has declared me to be an evil sinner and will send me to hell if I do not accept what you are telling me?

And why am I such a sinner? What have I done that is so evil?
Because you don’t believe in my god. You follow a different God. There is no other god greater than my god, and he said you are a sinner that deserves hell for not believing.
