I grow roses in my garden and I have a Peace Rose which I especially like, so I was inspired to write about peace meditating on the beauty of this lovely rose.

                     

                        A  Prayer  For  Peace

My Lady, mother of Jesus, accept this Peace Rose
I now send as a peace offering for the whole world.

Be with us My Lady as we now face much terror
from people who are the followers of the evil one.

We are in constant fear of natural disasters such as
earthquakes, hurricanes, tornados, draughts, floods
and much more.

Stand by us your faithful ones that we may go forward
in confidence, without fear, in this troubled world.

Talk to your dear son, Jesus, who is our brother,
Prince of Peace, that he may converse with the Father
in our behalf.

We fear not only for ourselves but for future
generations if the nuclear bomb is used.


It will not only destroy the world as we know it
but generations to come will suffer the consequences
of deformities of minds and bodies.

The progress men has made in technolagy, churches,
buildings and all life will vanish from the earth.

Life will begin again but it will take one-thousand
years to restore. This is what we believe.

Perhaps the original creation will return and
there will be Peace.

This is our hope.
