17 To Loop And The Weight Loss
Difference
17 To Loop And The Weight Loss Difference (by Susan James)
This issue is a summary of sorts based on my own experience as well as working with others in regards to body image/weight loss intentions.
The methods I used as I wrote of in the 17 Seconds for Wt.Loss book, work. They have worked for me, and they have worked for others. Has it worked for everyone? Probably not. Why? Different reasons.
And since I didn't stop expanding...I've transitioned other methods that work faster than the methods in the book.
As with any seemingly challenge we bring ourselves, weight gain, is an outer symptom of some inner expansion that we might need to be considering.
Some of us have money/health/relationship/work challenges, and most of us have a combination of all of that, along our way. And..some of us purely by having added weight, then add to it, money/health/relationship/work challenges.
The first time I had to lose a ton of weight, my money life was fine, but my relationship wasn't. And I just got bigger and bigger. It wasn't really about the relationship; it was about layers of lower density that I needed to expand from. It just so happened to show up in the form of my relationship, which then expanded my weight.
All of us bring to our life experience various levels of challenges. All of our challenges are related to some aspect of our non-physical growth. We didn't show up here for a free ride, in other words.
Meaning...we came in a certain levels of light energy and we are here to expand those levels, if we will.
For many of us, our body image desires show up to help us do that. But we still have our human will to a point, that can say *no* to taking of the weight.
In working with the loop level of technique, for the people who are willing, it can and does make a difference. This is a deeper more expanded way to approach weight loss, as it allows us to cut away the dynamics that have kept us bound to the added weight.
Does the weight come off over night? No. And the reason it doesn't come off over night, is because we are doing more than changing the size of our clothes. We are changing the size of our light body. And that takes a bit of human effort in linear time.
But who cares about changing our light body when we don't feel attractive due to our body weight? No too many people care about it from that perspective. Same as....who really cares about changing our light energy when we cant pay the light bill.
No one understands these things better than me. I just also know that it does take a committed human effort, and that's where the rubber meets the road for some of us.
It comes down to...how important is it really to you......that you lose weight. And is it important enough for you to be serious about it, no matter what?
Because, that's what it will take. Susan James (Copyright http://www.susanjames.org )
