And it was a good one.

There's a writer on here called Walt Hardester who has written 110 articles and had 1,250 comments. I wondered what it was that this obviously gifted man wrote to inspire so many to reply to his writings. I get one comment a week and that's a lot. LOL

I learned that he's written articles and poems taken from parts of his life. And these writings are full of a sense of humor that compares to someone like Mark Twain. He not only sees the humor in situations, his humor is sometimes directed at himself. That's an admirable trait for today's authors. In fact that's an admirable trait for anyone to have.

My blogs, on the other hand, are serious; sometimes laced with venom and sometimes laced with my attempt to show the humorous side of a maddening situation. Maybe this is why I don't have 1,250 comments.

But anyhow, Walt is gifted in the sense that he's never outgrown his rose-colored glasses, and to be able to see daily events with more than anger, that's a good thing.
