Things You’ll Need:
Clear mind
Pencil
Steno pad
Courage
Strength

Step 1: First step is to identify what the problem is. Is there really a problem or is it something outside of your realm keeping you from writing? The first thing you have to do is to search one self to identify what the problem is and to do that you need a clear mind. I suggest you find a place that is quiet or peaceful and close your eyes and take a deep breath in a few times and clear your thoughts. Then you need to focus on what is keeping you from moving forward in your writing. Identify them.
