Every so often you come across a book that just makes you smile - An homage to the moustache does the trick for me -
Jon Chattman and Rich Tarantino, with excellent illustrations from Brett Underhill, gives us all things moustache - particularly identifying men who have contributed to the style, and ranks men (ok and in one case, a female artist) in categories by the excellence of their moustaches.
They had me when they featured two of my favorite moustached men, Sam Elliott and Tom Selleck. As a matter of fact, Sam got the higher rating due to his masterful moustache - and who can forget Tom Selleck as Magnum, PI, with those eyebrows, and sexy moustache.
You will find this little book a hoot - it is well written and a comment to the culture that loves a man with a 'stache' -
A lively book with a funny theme, and you will enjoy yourself -
As another favorite moustached gent (Groucho) said, as he flicked his cigar, 'Say the secret word and you win a special prize' - You'll feel like a million after laughing and loving this book! The secret word is ENJOY!
