To be humble is diametrically opposite of being arrogant. You cannot be humble and arrogant at the same time. You are either one or the other.
It is easy for someone to say " I am humble. " It is also very common for people to read about humility in a book such as the Bible, and think they have grasped the concept of humilty.
Many people presume that they know what it means to be humble, but yet they have a total misunderstanding of the true concept of humility.
You cannot read about humility and think that you have it. Humility is something that has to be exercised or practiced.
In order to be humble, you first have to learn to give up a priviledge that you have, for someone else to have that priviledge.
