Victorious Heart’s first book titled “Unlocking Buried Secrets” is an autobiography of what it was like growing up in her abusive family. This book covers emotional abuse, physical abuse, spiritual and psychological abuse, sexual abuse, rape, incest and ritual abuse. Victorious Heart has also included some poetry, which she wrote during some of her lowest points as well as many helpful lists, and ways that she coped with the after effects of the abuse. Victorious Heart has shared how she turned negative ways of coping into positive ways of coping with the aftermath of abuse. At the back of Victorious Heart’s book is a small workbook and a journal as well as a section titled “Survivor Pages” with lots of information for loved ones so that they can better understand how to help the survivor through his or her healing, as well as the ritual calendar.
