if life is so predictable why dont we choose what we want?
I have recently been asking the question, is life predictable??? The answer is yes of course... so many people are under the impression that they cant predict the future. Well the truthis this, you cant control what happens to you however you can control how you respond.
Here is a simple example, if you eat alot of food every day and do no exercise the chances are very high after a certain period of time you could become overweight and not as healthy as you would like to be. That is predictable.
In the same way if you eating healthy and exercise regular your chances of being healthy increase, that is also predictable. There will always be exceptions to the rule in all cases, high metabolisms, water retention, etc...
The same apply in your life. You can predict the kind of life you could have based on your current daily and weekly activities. You can make a note of your monthly income minus your monthly out goings, see what is possible to save and work out how much you can save each year and using the inflation see how much money is coming in over the next 5 to 10 years.
Do this exercise on your self and see where you are heading???
Does it it look nice? do you deserve more?
Does your family deserve more?
Haviing an idea of what the future looks like could be disturbing or you may even say well that wont happen to me???
The fact of the matter is, if you are honest with yourself YOU KNOW where your going. We seldom take a look so far ahead therefore unconciously arive at a destination and wonder how we got there.
For all of you drivers, have you ever got in the car, drove some where and not remembered the journey at all. Your mind was somewhere else while you were driving.
