Every person on Earth does not learn at the same speed as others. Some may need more time to learn a concept while others can learn a concept in a couple of hours. We are all different. This same concept applies to every aspect of life. There are some people who are better at building things than others. We can improve our level of knowledge through education and training.

            Education and training may increase our knowledge. However, it does not matter how much you try to learn a concept, there is always going to be someone who knows more than you do or someone that you are accountable to.. You see this in the workplace as well as within the educational system. Students learn at different paces and have more knowledge than others. Most workers in career fields have supervisors who they must be accountable to.

            It is these truths that help us to understand that no matter who much education you try to obtain or on-the-job training is received; you are always going to be the middle man. This applies also to directors and chief executives of agencies. There is someone that each person is accountable to.

            This should not stop us from learning. It should only help you understand that you can never reach a point where you can stop learning. We should never come to a point where we feel we have finally arrived to the top. There is so much to learn from formal education as well as from others. We should never stop learning because no one thing remains the same. The only thing that I have seen to remain the same is the truths I have leaned within the Bible. All of the things in this world consistently changes. We must therefore, adapt with the changing times and continuing learning.

            Danger lays ahead the person who feels that they know everything and who is not held accountable to anyone. The person who believes this is not able to be taught anything. They may become prideful and begin to run over other people to gain success. We must remember that we are beings who are capable of learning more. We must be humble and teachable. This will strengthen our character and allow us to be better parents, workers and students.
