I believe inspirational is a very good description for the people I work with.

As I go to work today I think of the spiritual wisdom the people I try and

help have. I work with people  who have severe mental illness.

Yesterday in a group, I was trying to explain a worksheet we were

doing. One of the other participants in our group expalined it much

better than I could, and the the person who didn't understand was able

to answer the question on the worksheet.

Once I was worried about something and one of the people in our

program said," Don't worry Cindy Jesus loves you. Everything will be

alight."Sometimes I wonder who is really the teacher.

I could give many examples and actually do in a book that I am

writing called Finding Wisdom. I have many stories about the people

I see every day and what they have taught me. I am looking for a

publisher. I also include prayers and each story has a passage from the

Bible that follows up the wisdom I learned in the story.

My hope is that this book might bring to light the wisdom that

people  who have severe mental illness have. To lift them up. I

believe it's high time they are respected and appreciated.
