The only thing the energy of racism wants to do is stay alive. We are so use to living in the world of separation, conflict, and struggle, that we can't image living any other way. Separation happens everyday; people judge each other by their hairdos, what sneakers they wear, how they dress, color of their skin, religious and money issues. These judgments become part of our identificiation and attachment to who and what we think we are. The only way racism completely gets resolved is by being responsible and looking at our individual issues of separation and the willingness to bring it out of our sub-conscious. It is very important in these critically changing times to understand how energy works. Most people believe when racism occurs it involves two groups, them, and us. Never, we are always in a traingle relationship with energy; it is you, the group your prejudice against and the energy of racism and separation. The only one winning here is the energy. History proves this point. We are not emotionally engaging with each other any differently than two thousand years ago, seventy years ago. Racism is passed down from generation to generations locking into our body as an emotional energy pattern.

Racism is an energy pattern that cannot be broken on the intellectual level but has to transform on the heart, feeling level. If we only resolve racism on the intellectual level, it will stay alive and well, guaranteed to subtly rear its head. Racism is an energy pattern that can physically be moved along with the energy of conflict and struggle. The reason why energy can be moved, it's  fluid. It is important to view life through the understanding how energy works for the health of future generations and all of humanity. The time is now to start moving from a separation perspective to a wholeness perspective. All for one and one for all.
