This Ghost Hunters offering takes MJ, Gilley, her best friend and computer whiz, and Heath Whitefeather, also strong psychic, overseas and are center stage. Dr. Steven Sable, MJ's love interest to date has to stay back on this adventure, and that doesn't bode well, as MJ and Heath are creating some major romantic sparks.

The gang has become part of new cable show, Ghost Getters, and they are a hit.

Gopher, and his team of Ghost Getters, take the ghost hunters to near Edinburgh, Scotland to explore supernatural activity in the caverns nearby. It also seems that a powerful witch, Rigella, and friends appear every one hundred years and kill members of certain families, but seems she's making an early appearance, as bodies are starting to mount up. It is up to the Ghost Hunters/Ghost Getters to see what is causing these evil spirits to return, and return early to boot.

Heath's grandfather's spirit, Sam Whitefeather, appears before MJ and helps her and offers advice.

Seems the witches seek revenge from the families that did them harm, and darn, it turns out that Gilley's ancesters were part of them!!! Yikes!!!

Between the psychic powers of MJ and Heath, the techie knowledge of Gilley, and the photographic imagination of Gopher and company, they not only solve the mystery, but now set to expand their program with bigger and badder spirits, setting up the next book, which will take place in Ireland.

But will the growing attraction between MJ and Heath come between the relationship of MJ and her boyfriend Steve Sable?

As usual, Victoria Laurie opens our knowledge of the psychic world, by explaining spirits, ghosties and all things that go bump in the night.

She makes us laugh, then jump off our chairs with suspense.

Each book proves to the public truly what an excellent author Victoria Laurie is. I look forward to many more years of reading her work, and you should too!
