Create a goal poster of your most important ideas and desired accomplishments

Have fun today. Get creative. Make a goal poster. You can use markers, cutouts, and poster board; or you could create something digital like a Power Point Slide Show, Pinterest Board, Windows Movie Maker, Flixtime, Mind Movies, etc. You could even create a book where you have the pictures inside.

I like to do all of the above. I have a Mind Movies playing subliminally on my pc all day. I have a poster, I have multiple pinterest boards and I have a journal with pictures glued and taped in.

Pinterest is really exciting because it is so easy to find great images and keep them all in one place. I have to admit that I am hooked on this new venue in social media. My favorite board is one that I created called Places I want to Go. I also love my Quotes board and my Motivation board. You can find me on Pinterest Click Here

You can never overload yourself with too many positives.

We get easily distracted by negatives, so we need to keep visual cues around that remind us about our goals. This helps us to stay motivated.

When we see visual reminders of our goals, we begin to bring them into reality- but here is the crazy thing- just the act of creating a version of a goal poster is enough to work, too.

Once I pulled out pictures from magazines of things I wanted (I was 17) and put them in a folder- when I went to college, I left the folder at home. I found it five years later, looked in the folder and had achieved everything contained in the folder even though I hadn't looked at it again.
It was the process of me selecting my own visual images of what I wanted to achieve that worked. It was a moment of decision. Deciding- this is what I want.

What do you want?

Cheers to happy creating.
