I was just a Colt! but from the day I was born, I felt a special call on my life. Something extraordinary was in my future to do. So on this particular day, at about noon, I wasn't surprise when, a couple of guys came toward us, my mother and I. We were tied beside my master's gate just by the side of the road. Unknown to us ,Jesus was at Beth phage on the outskirts of Jerusalem. And if you know JESUS like I know him, you will know that he knows everything; so he knew exactly where I was, and he sent his deciples to get me.
Go over to the village he said, and you will see a donkey and her colt tied up! no one has ever ridden on her before; loose her and bring her to me. If anyone ask you where you are taking her, just tell them the master have need of her; At first these men were a bit nervous, thinking that they would be accused of stealing. But the presents of the Lord was with them.
But as soon as they started to loose me, my owner came out and ask 'What do think your doing?' The Master has need of her was the reply.
Seeing these two strangers coming toward me, one would think that I would be afraid; not so; I was as calm as ever. After my owner gave the o k, they led me down the road toward Jerusalem. Then I saw him. A peace came over me that I could not explain.
The Deciples took the clothes off their backs, and put it on mine; I thought this is gonna be good. They took me to Jesus, and very gently he sat on my back; I didn't even feel the weight of him; I was amazed; soon people were coming from every where throwing palm branches and their clothes on the road as I was walking.
Dancing and singing Hosanna to the King who comes in the name of the Lord. By this time a whole multitude had gathered around us, and I felt very important. Suddenly I realize that they were celebrating Jesus.They were praising God for the return of the Kingdom to there father David;
Ever so softly I started to trot; I felt like I was also dancing to the songs they were singing. Hosanna blessed is he who comes in the name of the Lord.
There will be greater rejoycing when next he comes as Lord of lords and King of kings. Praise the Lord.
